KAVI

"wo kavi hi kya jo doosro ko rula na sake,
wo kavi hi kya jo doosro ko hansa na sake.
Ye duniya ek kavita hi to hai,har panna jeevan ke mod ki tarah hai.
jahan har mod pe kuch naya dekhne ko milta hai,
jahan har panne pe kuch naya padne ko milta hai."

The 'one' could be you

It’s a typical 5th standard classroom. There are children, looking charm, neatly dressed and tidy. Both boys and girls are busy listening and taking notes. Their teacher is writing on the board, a paragraph of Oliver Twist. You may ask, what’s strange in this? Now see the picture clearly. Oh, but, where’s the picture? It’s your picture. You’re visualising by reading this. Now see it again clearly, there is one boy of the same age of others in the class. Hey, he looks strange. Oh, okay, but how can you say it? Because you see him only wearing a brief and he is not tidy. He looks grimy, isn’t it? Yes, he is not a student. When other kids learning for their future, he is working out to survive. He is rubbing the stains on the benches. After this, he has to go and get teas, lunch for the staff. He doesn’t like it and he doesn’t like God also. But he likes reading, playing “fire on the mountain” and if you show him Tom and Jerry, sure he will like it. Unfortunately, there is no one for him and no one wants to stop him from working. But he believes someday, someone will come and give him a new life. The one who will be like God to him. The one who wants to clean this social stain and put an end to it. The one who cares for others. The one who loves mankind. The 'one' could be you.

Stop children working. Give them their life.

TV IMAGE

Television, according to Vint Ceft, is rapidly approaching its iPod moment. That's when people would no longer be time-chianed to scheduled broadcast programmes but could download and watch them at leisure, just like music is downloaded to hand-hel media players for later listening. Cerf should know something about the future; he's considered to be the godfather of the Internet, the technology he helped create over 3 years ago. He was talking recently at the Edinburgh International Television Festival where ha laid out his vision of the online world to come, particularly in terms of the television-computer interface. While direct-to-home, satellite and streaming Internet protocol TV is undoubtedly state of the art right now, it's not going to remain so for long. That's because real-time viewing will rapidly be replaced by faster than real-time recording. In Japan, for instance, where Net connectivity is of the order of one gigabit, it's possible to download two hours of video in 32 seconds.

Of course, live television would still be around and would be needed for things like breaking news, ongoing sports programmes and emergency broadcasts, but, in the main, the small screen's whichn has probably realised the potential of video on the web, has already launched iPlayer which allows people to download television content to Internet computers for use up to 30 days after broadcast. So does this mean the end of television as we know it? Yes, but not the end of the medium, that is, if its executives don't think of the Internet's influence as a threat instance, here's a great chance for it to become increasingly interactive. Imagine if people could pause a programme and use their mouse to click on different items on the screen to find out more about them. Television could also explore new business models for an emerging iTV economy by syndicating content to multiple devices and, indeed, by that process help in the monetisation of all Internet TV.

Killing cows for common wealth games-YES/NO

Every Indian knows the importance of COW in our lives, because of which we call it the mother of all human beings. Decision to kill cows is equivalent to murder of whole human society n Indian Traditions. Swami Dayanand Saraswati categorized cow on top of every living community. He also wrote a book named 'KARUNANIDHI' to tell importance of cow for every human being. From the very past cow has been worshiped for its importance.
We all are aware that COMMONWEALTH GAMES are being organized in our country this year. Our Government has decided to serve COW MEAT as food to the foreign players which is in every sense a crime and a shame for our country.
Through this blog we need to unite against this decision and fight till our Government rolls back the decision of serving COW MEAT to the foreign players.

A very touching poem....

I went to a party Mom,

I remembered what you said.

You told me not to drink, Mom,

So I drank soda instead.

I really felt proud inside, Mom,

The way you said I would.

I didn't drink and drive, Mom,

Even though the others said I should.

I know I did the right thing, Mom,

I know you are always right.

Now the party is finally ending, Mom,

As everyone is driving out of sight.

As I got into my car, Mom,

I knew I'd get home in one piece.

Because of the way you raised me,

So responsible and sweet.

I started to drive away, Mom,

But as I pulled out into the road,

The other car didn't see me, Mom,

And hit me like a load.

As I lay there on the pavement, Mom,

I hear the policeman say,

"The other guy is drunk," Mom,

And now I'm the one who will pay.

I'm lying here dying, Mom....

I wish you'd get here soon.

How could this happen to me, Mom?

My life just burst like a balloon.

There is blood all around me, Mom,

And most of it is mine.

I hear the medic say, Mom,

I'll die in a short time.

I just wanted to tell you, Mom,

I swear I didn't drink.

It was the others, Mom.

The others didn't think.

He was probably at the same party as I.

The only difference is, he drank

And I will die.

Why do people drink, Mom?

It can ruin your whole life.

I'm feeling sharp pains now.

Pains just like a knife.

The guy who hit me is walking, Mom,

And I don't think it's fair.

I'm lying here dying

And all he can do is stare.

Tell my brother not to cry, Mom.

Tell Daddy to be brave.

And when I go to heaven, Mom,

Put "GOOD BOY " on my grave.

Someone should have told him, Mom,

Not to drink and drive.

If only they had told him, Mom,

I would still be alive.

My breath is getting shorter, Mom.

I'm becoming very scared.

Please don't cry for me, Mom.

When I needed you, you were always there.

I have one last question, Mom.

Before I say good bye.

I didn't drink and drive,

So why am I the one to die?

Modern Geeta Saar-Something funny from my mind.

Hey Vatsa Is gyaan ki ganga ka anand uthao..... This is what Bhagwan Shri Krishna wants to tell???..
in GEETA SAAR Hey PARTH, Increment nahin mila, bura hua Salary cut ho raha hai, bura ho raha hai Retrenchment hoga, wo bhi bura hi hoga... Tum pichhla review na hone ka paschataap na karo Tum agle review na hone ki chinta na karo Recession chal raha hai... Tumhare pocket se kya gaya jo tum rote ho ? Tum company ke liye kya business laye the jo tumne kho diya ? Tumne aisa kaun sa product banaya tha jo fail ho gaya ? Tum koi experience le kar nahin aaye the... Jo experience liya company se liya... Jo project kiya company ke liye... Degree le kar aaye, experience lekar chale jaoge... Jo function aaj tumhara hai, Wo kal kisi aur ka tha... parson kisi aur ka hoga... Tum ise apna samajh kar kyon magan ho rahe ho Hey Paarth, Yahi khushi tumhare tension ka kaaran hai... Kyon wyarth tension lete ho, kis se wyarth darte ho Kaun tumhein nikaal sakta hai ?

Policy change to company ka rule hai Jise tum policy change kehte ho, woh to Management ki trick hai... Ek pal mein tum Increment ke baare mein sochte ho Doosre hi pal mein tum stipend par aa jate ho... Review, increment etc. etc. sab mann se hataa do Vichar se mita do, phir company tumhari hai, tum company ke ho... Na yeh increment wagerah tumhare liye hain, na tum iske kabil ho, Parantu job secure hai, aisa socho phir tumhein tension kyon hoga ? Tum apne aap ko Company ko arpit kar do Yahi sabse bada Golden Rule hai... Jo is Golden Rule ko janta hai Wo review, incentive, recession, retrenchment aadi Bhramon se Sada sarvada muqt hai. Chal UTH, Kaam Kar, Promotion Ki Chinta mat kar Parth.. Karm hi Tera Bhagya hai..... - Corporate Bhagawan Shri Krishna -

How Popular Are Chinese Toys!!!!!

CHINESE TOYS

China is a very big and most populated country and so is its market.
Chinese market is so vast that it has captured whole of the worlds markets. The main reasons for popularity of Chinese products are their toys.

The demand of these toys is very high, reason being their low price no matter what quality standards they are maintaining. These toys are of very low quality and hence low priced. Also these are disguised so beautifully that their inner weakness is hidden.

But the makers of such toys should keep in mind that these toys will go in the hands and mouth of little ones. So no compromise in their manufacturing should be done. The colors, dyes, plastic etc used in the making of such toys is not up to the mark. For e.g. Little babies put tethers in their mouth which is of such poor quality that can even burst in their mouth, cars and other vehicle type of toys are so poor that their wheels and other parts are found broken in the packing cartons only.

Even the American government has totally banned the import of Chinese toys in its country. Indian government should also take steps to put a ban on these products, as they are harmful for the children. Chinese government should think over this issue and concentrate over the quality rather than pocketing the money.

Above all it is the duty of parents only to see what they provide to their child and buying them quality toys of branded companies like Funskool, Okay Play etc so the world is perfectly safe for their little darlings.

Career or Children for Parents??????

went Delhi on last Friday i.e 7th September 2007 with my wife and kid to leave the new car of my sis and Jeeju. For our return i booked our tickets on New Delhi- Jalandhar Express for sunday. When reached the station we came to know that the train i late by half hour. It was hot over their so my son started making demands for Coke and other things...suddenly we saw 2 ladies of around 50-60 years approx. with a small girl of around 4 years with them. The girl was very sweet and was watching continuesly my son while he was dinking coke so i asked my son to go and offer her his coke and buiscuits,,,so they both were now busy in talking to each other, reciting poems and sharing their school names etc. Suddenly we saw the train coming and embarking the platform. We boarded the train and got settled on our seats. The seats of those ladies were just next to me...Suddenly the girl started crying a lot and the ladies with her were trying to make her quite. I asked my son to go and play with her so that she gets quite. There were few things going through my mind that what is the relation that these women are sharing with this small girl and why they are not able to control the water coming out of her sweet eyes. I was just about to ask one of them about their relation with the girl, she spoke out "NANI SUNO" to one of the ladies. I asked to the other lady that "Ye iski nani hai to mummy papa kahan hain" She replied "WO DONO CANADA REHTE HAIN LAST TWO YEARS SE". I was amazed to hear that reply and asked her the reason behind this. She told me that they are there to make their career and are not settled over there so left the daughter with me.......i gave a pity look at that cute little girl who was playing with my son and thought that how can parents be so emotionless and leave their kids for their career. My wife was listening all this conversation and said that our heart doesnt even allow us to go 100 kms without our son and how can parents leave their kids like this.....Yap i agree that we can leave kids for their career but this is totally unacceptable.
The train was about to arrive at our station. As we got up from our seats to get down from the train i told my wife to look after our son and i just put my hand on the girls head and bid adieu to three of them.....

Politics vs Religion vs India

India is shining once again in every field, be it sports, technology or business growth. Team India wins 20-20 cricket world cup in 2007, Vishwanathan wins chess championship, Indian business men are being ranked in top among the world. It looks like our country is moving towards success day by day. But wait, something is still acting as a barrier in the way of success.
There is a saying - United we stand, divided we fall. As we know that the key to any country's success has been its unity among its countrymen. With India it is no different. But there are still some diseases left in our country which are really fatal for its development and success. The main disease is lack of unity among Indian people. India is a country having so many religions and so there is always tension among communities. But to add fuel to the fire we have our well known politicians, who play a vital role in dividing the masses. But they alone are not responsible; the countrymen are themselves responsible for what is going on today. They never try to move up and think above religion and unite. They easily fall target to extremists and their political allies. People kill each other in the name of religion but politicians live and watch. its like lighting the crackers and watching the fireworks. There is a need to unite in order to protect our country from terrorism and many other dangers. The main thing is religion should be followed as a personal belief but never given importance in other fields. Religion is a way to connect to God but now it is used to disconnect the countrymen from each other.
A war is going on. We have to defend our fort (India) from attack. But if the soldiers have no unity, then there is no need of attack; the fort will collapse itself and demolish.
So it is our duty to think as an Indian - what decides our future in the country.
Politics, Religion or Our Identity as an Indian.

INDIA AT PRESENT!!!

After 60 years, we generally think of retirement and living rest of life in peace using our life-long savings. But India cannot think of retirement because India is on the brink of becoming a super power both in terms of technology and economics.

We all know that India is a land of diversity. Different religions ,different sects and tribes, diverse customs and languages yet a feeling of Indians keeping us together. It is otherwise that this feeling is more evident when India plays Pakistan in a cricket match. From 1947 to 2007, India might not have changed geographically much but India has changed economically. Living standard of people has improved. Middle class ,India’s greatest asset ,is making rapid strides in education. They rule the Indian economics. Now Indian companies are making world wide take-overs.

Indian military might has increased tremendously from 1947 .India is now a nuclear state. The best thing about nuclear weapons is that people respect you be it because of fear or admiration. No country can dare to touch Indian soil. Tribute must be paid to Indian farmer .From food-starved country to food-surplus country ,Indian farmer has come a long way. So salute our jawan and kissan.

Indian space program is another thing India should be proud of .It is good to see a satellite with Indian tricolor in the space. Very soon we will see an Indian satellite on the surface of moon. Indian scientists and engineers have proved their mettle round the world. It is a very proud feeling to see Indians working in big organizations like Nasa,Microsoft,Ibm,Intel,Sunmicrosysems. It shows the world that Indians can compete in global environment.
What India needs today are leaders with vision. Young and dynamic leaders who can take India to its rightful position. We do not need leaders who fight just for political gains. We need educated young people to lead India. for this to happen, We need to change ourselves. Think beyond your caste, community, religion or state, think first about India. If India makes progress ,we will automatically make progress. There is a great future for us, just grab the moment and lead the world.

The heart of the matter -Heart an organ

Not so hearty is our God,
Provide less oxygen-rich blood
To our Pump when we are
So passionate, you know what!

Gave it no means to draw blood
Straight from its rich chambers,
From within, directly to its cells,
The hardest workers, and so it has to
get its feed from outside vessels,
To which the heart pumps into, first.

God has plans not to be beaten,
Or justly intend the pump may not
Over work than it has to;
When it had that eternal access;
It may go overboard and wear out.

All said and done, it looks our pump,
Like a cook can’t eat the food dispatched,
And wait till after the vessels supplied
To the full house, only on the return
Would they leave some at his doorsteps,
From thinnest vessels mostly...
